A MESSAGE FROM OUR DIRECTOR
LBDA has evolved from an idea, the premise being that we would work on wrongful conviction and Death Row cases and then utilise the same skills, experience, and network to build a business by assisting clients in the corporate, High net worth and high-profile worlds. Seven years later that is exactly what we have done and continue to do. We have worked with the Federal Public Defenders Offices in the US to try to save the lives of people on the Death Row and we have worked extensively with some of the world's top international litigators on multibillion dollar judgements. We have assisted high profile and high net worth private clients in cases from divorce, business dispute, reputational damage, criminal allegation, stalking, extortion, blackmail and cyber-attack and we have worked on wrongful conviction cases with organisations such as Appeal, inside justice and the innocence project.
We are either expensive—or free. That is our ethos. We make no apologies for the value we bring to those who can afford it, nor for the pro bono work we undertake for those who cannot. Both are integral to who we are.
